Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026 · Anchored Imagination LLC
This policy explains what information Anchored Imagination LLC (“we,” “us”) collects across our website, our Claude Code intake form, and our apps — how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can request its deletion. We describe only what each surface actually does today.

1. Our website (anchoredimagination.dev)
Our homepage is a static informational site. It has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, and no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not build a profile of you when you visit.
The site is served through Cloudflare Pages. Like essentially all web hosting, Cloudflare’s edge automatically records standard server request logs (for example your IP address, browser user-agent, and the pages requested) for security and to keep the service running. We do not use these logs to identify or track individual visitors, and we do not combine them with any other data. This logging is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy practices.
The homepage links out to third-party services — a Calendly booking page and a mailto: email link. If you follow those, you interact with those services under their own privacy policies.
2. Claude Code intake form (intake.anchoredimagination.dev)
Our Claude Code training intake is a short questionnaire that helps us tailor a training plan to your situation. Here is exactly what happens:
- What we collect: your answers to the questionnaire. The form does not ask for your name or email address, but some questions have free-text boxes — please do not enter sensitive personal information there.
- How it is sent: when you submit, your answers (and the generated plan) are emailed to Anchored Imagination so we can follow up. The email is delivered through Brevo, a third-party email service acting as our processor. Brevo transmits the message on our behalf; we do not use Brevo to build marketing lists from your submission.
- How we use it: solely to understand your needs and respond to you about Claude Code training. We do not use it for automated advertising or profiling.
The intake site is also hosted on Cloudflare Pages and generates the same kind of standard edge request logs described above.
3. Our apps
We are building apps including PhotoLab Kids (a photography-education app for children) and Vibekids. Data practices for a given app are described in that app’s own listing and, where the app collects data, in an app-specific privacy disclosure.
As of the date above, our apps in development are not yet collecting personal data from the public. When an app begins collecting data, this policy (or a dedicated app policy) will be updated to describe precisely what is collected, why, and how it is protected — before that collection begins. For children’s apps we will apply the additional protections described in the Children section.
4. Sharing & selling
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. The only parties that handle your data are the infrastructure providers that make our services work — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our email processor (Brevo) — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Retention & deletion
We keep intake submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our ordinary business records, after which they are deleted. Server request logs are retained on a short, rolling basis by our hosting provider.
You can ask us to delete your submission at any time. Email [email protected] and we will delete the information we hold about you, unless we are legally required to keep it.
6. Children’s privacy
Our website and intake form are directed at adults (businesses and individuals seeking training) and are not intended for children.
Some of our apps are designed for children. Where an app collects any personal information from a child, we will comply with applicable children’s-privacy law (including COPPA in the United States) — obtaining verifiable parental consent where required, collecting the minimum necessary, and not using children’s data for behavioral advertising. Because those apps are not yet collecting data, the specific child-data terms will be published with the app when it launches.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products evolve. When we make a material change we will update the “Last updated” date above. Substantive changes affecting how we handle already-collected data will be described here.
